WorldHealthPlan.org, hereinafter referred to as WHP, is a database storage company enabling access to your medical records, at your discretion, for the sole purpose of providing you, the enrollee, a method that will provide you with an expeditious manner of delivery of healthcare.

Your medical history information is made available, by you, to your doctor, or any other interested party you designate to pull all of the information into one central file to be made available by you, only you, as the designee, in order to assist the physician to quickly and accurately diagnose your current need.

With this information you may have the security and confidence that will deliver the information to the doctor that will insure the proper care needed without delay or possible testing that has already been done by your primary physician.

World Health Plan has been designed to be a "Well Lit Tunnel" that will enable a physician to diagnose the immediate concern without all the "work up" and time consuming testing. This will eliminate, in many cases, costs you may have to incur as well as costs to your insurance company thus increasing your premiums.

Protection of your medical records is of paramount importance to WHP. Your protection is, WHP's honesty and the law known as "HIPPA", "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Violation of the law carries significant penalties!

WHP has built into its database system numerous firewalls to protect your information. There is no possible way that your information can be retrieved by anyone without your Pin Number.

For the first time in medical history, you will now own your medical records and have them available to you at anytime and anyplace. WHP encourages you to continually update your records in order to chronicalize all doctor visits, hopefully beginning at birth.

You may do this yourself by going to the internet and typing worldhealthplan.org, type in your pin number and your file is in front of you. Scroll down and add in the information at the bottom of your medical history. You may also have the doctor's office do so.

Remember, the Pin Number is your key to your health, protect it! Use it responsibly!

Your card may save your life someday!

Should you misplace or lose your ID card, just call or write us and we will replace it along with a different pin number at no cost to you.

In this millennium, it is now time for all people to start managing their own health and not just leave it up to others.
