World Health Plan.org shall have no responsibility as to the accuracy of said records, other than the information provided to the World Health Plan.org Database.
It is the full responsibility of the patient to maintain his or her Medical Records either by inputting the information themselves, or by the Physician's office visited passing on the information to World Health Plan.org's Website to update their Medical Profile.
World Health Plan.org shall maintain all records as a Database Storage Company exclusively for your needs which will enable you to have full access to your medical profile records anywhere in the World for EXPERT HEALTH CARE through the Internet IMMEDIATELY!
World Health Plan.org is NOT a provider of Medical Health Care and cannot give advice in any way to Subscribers to the Program, but can Certainly assist in their Health Care Information anywhere in the World.
Should there be any information that you might have that you do not wish to share with anyone, such as information that might cause you to experience difficulties that might needed explanation , please do not provide the information.
Again, this your FILE! You are entitled to Manage YOUR Records as you see it.
Let no one tell what you must do including any Doctor you may see.
